Some dedicated lines are over $1400 a minute for data transfers, or $200 per MB. Songs, Youtube, Music, it's unreal,,, these folks are recession proof, and not even BHO will stop it.

Sounds to me like the 21st Century version of the book burning that was practiced in German in the late 1930's and the 1940's.

This stuff scares the crap out of me on MANY levels. 
1)  My medical information, banking information, etc, is none of the gummint's business!!
2)  Based upon what this administration has shown me in 3 short months, I do NOT want them in charge of what I'm "allowed" to see or read.
3)  Did anybody else read "1984" or "Animal Farm"?

To the OP, there is an exception, I spoke with the Chief Engineer on Starfire today,  the SatCom Datalink is international. That means they can be anywhere in the world and capture satellite feeds from France, England, and a host of other countries that are separate from the United States ISP's.

If they want internet, phone, SSB, AIS, No Problem.

BHO better think OUTSIDE the box, these guys don;t play.
