Thanks, Haz! This did come from a buddy of mine who is pretty paranoid. I'll have to suggest that he check things out more before passing them on.

Another thing to consider that Article 1, Section 8 doesn't allow the feds to collect this type of tax and the 16th Ammendent doesn't either.

This type of tax, regardless of who authorized it could be challenged I would think.  The NRA would be all over this in a heartbeat.
