Are American Contractors Building it? Engineering it? Designing it?

Kalifornia is "selling" property to raise money too, that's fine, great, fantastic, what else have we got?

The fly in the Vaseline, is the BS BHO used during the campaign to "get the USA away from it's foreign dependence on oil" OK,

now that companies with the technology to move forward on these "alternative energy" plans, the Sierra Club, and others don;t want it!

How about 2 or 3 new refineries, when was the last one built? That would provide jobs short and long term. It's BS, and compared to the deficit spending percentage of GDP (40%) this year, almost 60% in 3.

WWII was 17 to 30% of GDP adjusted for inflation in todays dollars.  and that was a "Real World War".

BHO speaks out of both sides of his face, and somewhere in Kenya, a village is missing its idiot. (picked up somewhere, but liked it).

Rant off.

If a US company wasn't designing it and supplying parts, they wouldn't need the export permits

The rest of your rant........I agree!

That's fine, I just was pissed about the need to get the USA off the political BS. Just like both parties and a real Immigration policy.

NOTHING HAPPENS. How's progress on the border wall coming along?  Are they at a mile yet?

Instead of having an energy policy that "promotes" ANYTHING, it is regulating and stagnating in red tape.  While we pay more for gas to go camping, visit family, take a damn road trip, whatever this weekend.

We can fast track alternative energy to other countries, while we do nothing in our own, for a drop in the bucket of revenue..

I won't see a dime of it, or benefit in anyway. But if it was done here, the benefits would be just that: HERE.

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
Col. Jeff Cooper.
