Where do they get thier writers?   

I was reading a artical about areas of the econ that are doing strong...


#1 was remodel work.   Um WTF, there is no remodel work.  even  the "handy man" stuff is gone.  no one is doing the big stuff and even the rich that have work done like clock work are not getting it done.  The only people I know that have any work is people doing HOA stuff and repos.  both of which don't pay shit and takes 30-60 days to be paid.  Even those guys are complaining about thier checks being no good and very slow pay( that 30-60 is turning in to 60-120)

#2   automotive repair... My brother is in that industry( private shop),  Its dead there, small stuff people are doing themselfs( that can) and the big stuff is gone.  They get 3 guys coming by there a day looking for work that were hooked up with dealerships.


Did they even bother to do any research?
