Over the years I have reground several blades for the same reason, or, as with my current Buck, I liked everything about the knife EXCEPT the blade profile, so I change it to suit my needs.

  Don't these stupid fu#@ers read ANYTHING ? Remember the "Ice Man" found frozen into a glacier in the Alps ? Research shows that he died in a fight ( http://www.brandoquilici.com/latest_news.asp?IDNews=2 ) he was attacked, not with a metal knife, or a gun, but with a STONE knife, and a bow and arrow composed of wood and stone. Violence <these assholes can not seem to understand, is rooted in human action and motives, not the things they used when motivated TO these actions.

Reminds me of my junior high shop class. As one of the many lurid "safety" posters read: The screw driver; "DAGGERS IN DISGUISE". Kind of like the anti-VD films, they just gave us ideas.
