Bismarck, ND's July 2nd Tea Party
« on: July 02, 2009, 11:32:51 PM »
I gleefully attended the Tea Party we had here in town tonight at the State Capitol.  There were a couple of thousand people that showed up which is pretty impressive considering the Mandan Rodeo is going on this weekend.

I saw three Gadsen Flags (well, I'm counting mine too), a US Naval Jack flag and a little girl carrying a sign that read "North Dakotans for Global Warming.  I would have taken a pic of that except it was a little kid and I'd rather respect a parents privacy where that come.  There were several humerous or pointed signs.  No arrests, no cursing and the grounds were clean after everyone left...something that tree huggers can't seam to figure out how to do after a Earth Day celebration.
