Speaking as a former resident of a large "pig farming" region in S.E. NC, these guys are sitting on a gold mine with their "lagoons" that could have been converted to Methanol for pennies on the dollar.

They were "subsidized" by the Feds and State, and "promised the EPA would chill out" regarding useful pig waste.

That's a good point to find out from the doc anything we can about a vaccine. There really hasn't been too much information on the vaccine that I've seen. Isn't it also a "dead" vaccine? Are they even going to have a vaccine in time? Does anyone know anything about it yet? It's completely possible that it won't be ready by the time this thing hits. I'll probably get the flu, then be fine.[/color]

The flu shot does not prevent you from getting the flu. It only decreases the severity of your symptoms and improves your recovery time by 3-4 days.

No, I'm not, it's just that I seem to be more resistant WITHOUT the shot.

Sorry Jerry, but a critter or place is easier to remember (Bird, Swine , Asian ) than H1N1. ( it's also easier to type because the keys are closer together    )
