I posted this one one on the music thread. The more I thought of it though, the more it seems like this where it belongs. I am generally socially liberal, but too much is enough. This song and video struck a chord. I post it with the following caveats because I pulled it off the net and for all I know David Dukes brother in law put the thing toghther. I want no part of that and I condemn racism. That said, I am sick of illegal immigration and blame not the illegals, but the corporations who lure them here out of greed, to lower wages and benefits for Americans, including latinos. I also want to see improved race relations, but I think that the Jacksons and Sharptons are doing more harm than good now. Anyway, a good tune, and a common sense video. Screw PC, it is time to tell a few home truths. My full post is below.

Let me state clearly and unequically for the record: I have never heard of the group that put this video togehther. I do not endorse nor condemn their acts or agenda as I just don't know enough to render judgement. I do know that Jim Broussard, a veteran, encountered a Reno bar that had the US flag flying below a larger Mexican flag. He cut the US flag down and nonsense ensued. Again, I don't know his views, beliefs or agenda and I will not associate myself with him, nor condemn him (fat chance of that happening) until I learn more. This is not a condemnation, nor a dodge, its just a recognition that the internet is a tricky place and you don't want to associate yourself with something that looks good at first glance and then turns out to be something else entirely on second glance. That being said, another Kid Rock tune that I and I think most members here can get behind. Take it for what its worth, caveat emptor, and I do not see it as racist and I condemn racism. I think the video puts the blame squarely on the shoulders of those who profit from division, be it Wal-mart or Al Sharpton.
