New Match at Caswell Ranch

Just started putting this together, have made a few changes already (was just Glock), what do you think?, looking at holding the match on one of the following months, Aug, Sept or Oct.

CASWELL RANCH  “ TRI SPORT CHAMPIONSHIP”

OBJECTIVE: A sport shooting competition that promotes multiple disciplines in one venue.

DESCRIPTION: The match would be an annual event blending IDPA, USPSA and SPEED STEEL, not only in target type but in stage design, a true challenge for IDPA, USPSA, LE and MIL shooters alike. Law enforcement and Military will have team slots of 4 men/women shooting as a unit for a collective time (no pressure).

DIVISIONS:  
              SUB-COMPACT:  Barrel 3.5” or less
              COMPACT:           Barrel 3.6 to 4.1”
              FULL SIZE:            Barrel 4.2” to 6”
              LE, MIL (any of the above)

CLASS:    LEVEL 1 = GM, MA, EX, A Class   (anyone)
   LEVEL 2 = SS, B Class, C Class      (anyone)
   LEVEL 3 = MM, NV, D Class        (anyone)
   TEAM –      ANY      (Law Enforcement and Military Only)

POWER FACTOR = 125

MAGS loaded to 10RDS max as per IDPA/PRODUCTION
Holster & MAG Pouch = as per IDPA, LE and MIL USE DUTY GEAR.

TARGETS – Mix of IDPA, USPSA, D-1 and STEEL
SCORING –    DOWN ZERO/A    = +0 SEC
      DOWN ONE/B     = +1 SEC
      DOWN THREE/C  =+2 SEC
                                MISS                      =+5 SEC
                                NO SHOOT           =+5 SEC PER HIT

The hope is to also foster good will between the sports.

Match will be 20 stages and around 400rds over three days
