Doesn't the 2nd amendment say something about militias and keeping the government in check?  So, what do we gotta do?  Isn't prevention of a Marxist a good enough reason to start one, watch out ATF or join.  (p.s. No, It doesn't. A well regulated Militia,being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed. (copied from the Constitution so I KNOW the punctuation is right) HOWEVER,  all servicemen and women as well as politicians swear to "up hold and protect the Constitution from ALL threats foreign and DOMESTIC.
