No offense intended (I always say this before saying something obviously offensive,) but is it physically possible in the year 2010 for a woman to drive without a phone up to her head?  Can't say I have seen a woman driving without being on the phone for years.  Get in, ignition, dial, drive, gossip, park then repeat.

Anyone who knows my 'back story' knows this is one of my biggest peeves to pet. 

I hate that the lady died, but at least SHE was the recipient of her stupidity instead of someone else.

Does a Public Information Officer get issued a gov't vehicle. I'm just curious if it was even her car.

I've been hit 17x in the last 8 years, 16 of those were me getting rear ended at a red light.  all of them women, 15 of them they were on the phone.
