Whatever Path. The fact is that HW was the first President I voted for when I was 18 in 1988 and the second in 1992. I believed in the guy. He let me down on abortion, but I still think he was the closest to Harry Truman we've seen. He didn't win the Cold War, but he kept a very unstable situation from blowing up in our faces. I think he was a better President than Reagan, just because he was in uncharted waters and navigated them skillfully. I'll stand on the roof tops and scream that. I did (and do) despise W. Unlike you though, I lived with him as governor before he became President. I had the privilege of voting against him four times. Just don't assume its about ideology. I won't be voting for BO again. Its just that sometimes, too much is enough. You make mistakes and you learn. Take it personally if you want, but honestly, I don't see why you feel the need to rally around W.. Reagan yes, W? It would be like a Dem rallying aroud Carter or BO.

Am I to infer from your posts on this thread that you think AlBore was a better choice than W? Or Kerry? Please, don't make me laugh.
As for McCain/Palin.......you
say you regret voting for BHO/Biden, yet the vitriole you spew toward McCain/Palin indicates otherwise.
FQ, you of all people should recognize that (unfortunately) all too often the choices we're left with in the voting booth are for the lesser of the evils. Do you REALLY believe that Gore, Kerry and Obama were the
better choices (read that "the lesser of the evils) in their respective Presidential elections? If so then you, my friend, are part of the problem.
