Any body that does not believe that need only look back to Japan in the 1980's.
8 separate stimulus plans, they went as far as paving the ocean for a new unneeded airport, all they did was dig themselves in deeper and make the eventual recovery even more painful than need be.

Then they can look back at FDR's failed policies of the 1930's, Same situation, same attempts to "spend our way into prosperity" same negative result.
Duh, If you try that you'll wind up in small claim's court, what makes these idiots think a nation budget is any different ?
