Not Gun, But Politics and Imigration
« on: January 23, 2011, 05:45:21 PM »
This has been eating at me all day since I read it early this morning.  I have been beating my head on the desk, and I need to scream!

Sir Elton John is upset because he "feels like a second class citizen" in the United States.  Hint to Sir Elton

YOU  AIN'T  A  CITIZEN  AT  ALL  SO  SHUT  UP  AND  SIT  DOWN !!!

Take your family, go back home, and leave me alone!  My entire life (everyone has something that gets ingrained in their value system when they are young that just sticks, and this is mine - always has been, and I don't see it changing) I have been amazed by people that move to a country or city, join a church or organization and then rant about "what is wrong."  If you don't like it, don't join or go home!

No judgements on lifestyle, choices or practices at this point, but we didn't come to England and mess with you, you came here!
If I appear taller than other men it is because I am standing on the shoulders of others.

I don't know...  I think this just proves Sir Elton has a pretty accurate self-image.

I don't agree with his life-style, don't like his music, and I think he dresses funny.  And, if he has complaints about OUR government, he should keep his trap shut about them.  If he wants to complain about the ridiculous monarchy that costs British citizens untold billions over the years, then he should go back to England and shout his fool head off.

What pi$$es me off even more is this cork-soaking rump ranger insinuated himself in OUR politics by raising money for Hillary during her presidential bid.  And Rush hired him to perform at his recent wedding.  WTF????
“I’ve lived the literal meaning of the ‘land of the free’ and ‘home of the brave.’ It’s not corny for me. I feel it in my heart. I feel it in my chest. Even at a ball game, when someone talks during the anthem or doesn’t take off his hat, it pisses me off. I’m not one to be quiet about it, either.”  Chris Kyle
