Can anyone tell me the name of the stock paint that is black and when it is sprayed on it looks rough or wrinkled?

There is alot of them on the market, every thing from spray cans to catalyzed multy-component products. What do you want to paint?

Trip to the auto parts store, ask for wrinkle finish paint and go from there, its been around for 30 years.
