Path, you do not know what you are talking about.
We had over US citizens fairly frequently, it's called "extradition".
Hell, we just allowed the Pakistanis to try a CIA agent for what amounts to a self defense shooting, Then there is the Girl in Italy who was convicted of murdering her roommate.
Not to mention the naturalized citizens accused as WWII war criminals who are still being deported to face charges in Germany
All true (except for the "not knowing what I am talking about" crap), let me show you the differences:
CIA agent - shot a man
in Pakistan, arrested there, no extradition
Girl in Italy killed her roommate
in Italy, arrested there, no extradition
Nazi war criminals in the US illegally committed their crimes
in Europe, extradited
bho, holder et al. committed their crimes in the US - we do not hand people over when they have committed crimes here to other countries unless and until we have prosecuted them here first. The fact that they may also have committed crimes as defined by other countries is irrelevant.
The last case above of the Nazi war criminals is an example of a greater crime there than the illegal entry here.
How about if the International Court indicts Bush, Cheney or even klintoon of "war crimes? Do we just hand them over? I think not, US sovereignty is paramount, and the likelihood of any semblance of "justice" is so remote I would have to stop laughing at the very request before I would reject it out of hand.
