A couple that jump to mind are Dan Wesson and the S&W "E" series.

You can put a "frame slot blank" in any series 80 to make it into a series 70 and it's only $5. http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/pid=13121/Product/1911_AUTO_FRAME_SLOT_BLANK#
""It may be laid down as a primary position, and the basis of our system, that every Citizen who enjoys the protection of a free Government, owes not only a proportion of his property, but even his personal services to the defence of it, and consequently that the Citizens of America (with a few legal and official exceptions) from 18 to 50 Years of Age should be borne on the Militia Rolls, provided with uniform Arms, and so far accustomed to the use of them, that the Total strength of the Country might be called forth at a Short Notice on any very interesting Emergency." - George Washington. Kimber makes a few and any Kimber can be ordered in that configuration from the custom shop. Colt has some re-issue series 70's as well. I have a friend who just bought a re-issue series 70 LW commander. The Colt Clapp Commander is also a series 70 configuration. Like others have said above though, Brownells and others sell the little piece to fill in the gap so you can just remove it. There is some liability issue there if you're using it as a self defense / carry pistol but not as bad as disabling or removing other safety devices since it can be shown they are readily made, and still being made, in both configurations. This makes it more in the area of a personal preference rather than just a safety device.
