Steyr MA1
« on: May 04, 2008, 08:02:14 PM »
I don't know what's happening to this company, I heard they were just bought and are going thru reorganization. In any case I saw a flyer at a local gunshop from CDNN, apparently they've bought out the entire US inventory of Steyr while they're getting reorganized. CDNN is blowing out Steyr MA1 pistols for $399 so I decided to buy one. I am very impressed with the 9mm version I received and I think this is the pistol Glock should have evolved into. This other Austrian pistol has great ergonomics and just feels right, the grip angle is more reminiscent of a Luger and is a natural pointer. The sights are Trapazoid and quick to get on target. Has anyone here experienced one of these Steyrs?

Love mine! The trigger is lighter and shorter than the stock Glock. Stock angle is comfortable. Sights are natural to pick up. What is not to like ;D
