We do indeed have the high honor of standing on the shoulders of giants, as we breath a little easier today. With reverence, eagerness, and renewed strength of resolve, I send a financial commitment to the NRA, dropped directly at the US Post Office, as I follow the lead of many of the members today in going to the range, to the farm, the forest or anywhere we can safely exercise our 2ND Amendment rights to shoot. And to bear our individual arms in freedom.

Michael, Marshal and Teresa, you and your staff have earned a place among those giants, not only for your years of effort, but for remaining our "front site" for the battles yet to come. Thank you. Now rest a little. As I'll tell the Wednesday night class, Breath.Relax.Aim.Squeeze Slowly.  Mac.

I must say I was quite moved by  both presentations. Unfortunatly we live in an age of compromise and appeasement. The true definition of A right to Keep and Bear Arms shall not be Infringed means exactly what is written .There is no room for compromise. In a modern society it is a well known fact that a citizen has a right to defend thier person , others in harm and personal property based on the Constitution in most states that have some common sence. Wether it be from a person committing a crime or the Government. The only way to protect your self from the Government is to have the same equipment or better than what they currently have. Which means no restrictions on the law abiding citizens. Weather it be Full Automatic weapons or devices thar are capable of causing mass casualties. Because if the powers that be have the edge on power how can the populous win. What ever it takes  to get the job done is how I personally define the Second Ammendment. Which is how it is written. It has little to do with a well formed State Millitia. It is meant for the formation of a Millitia period. Nothing to do with the States.We are most fortunate to live in a Nation that has not seen a true revolution in the recent past. Most Countries have a major revolt every 20 to 25 years,. Ours has been moderatly stable for over 100 years. It is a great accomplishment in it's self and goes to show the true nature of the people in this country. Unfortunately in the last 40 years we have taken a turn for the worst.  Wether it be from personal biase or the Silent majority we as a people have not commited our selves to a common cause or stand. We have suppined to the minority for no greater reason than to stop hearing what thay are saying. We as a people need to stop being so placid and take a stand against all that is wrong in todays society and the government. We neeed to support viable candidates for public office not settle for those that cater to the minority or those that take the middle ground. Unfortunatly this election period we have no choices from either party. This may be the first time in my life that I do not cast a  vote for the office of the President. Whis in my personal oppinion is a sad day in history. For an individual to deprive them selves of a personal right is a great sacrifice if it is for the greater good of the people. If this is what it takes so be it. For when the time comes I will be there for those that are here to defend this Great Nation.
