You have a point, Rastus.

Maybe another 4 years of BHO will see the Frog Pot boil over ....  the fight has to come and maybe delaying it won't be doing our side any good.......

We have to believe we can start turning down the heat faster than both evils can turn it up...

One reason I am a Libertarian is that I do believe then will be turning the heat down....don't agree with all their policies, but I agree with more of theirs than either the D's or R's.

Of course, they have never been in power and who knows how well they would be able to resist the temptation to grab for more.

Rule of thumb for you who would otherwise vote 3rd party ( a vote for BHO ).
Republicans are politicians, self serving, corrupt, flawed humans.
But they realize you shouldn't kill the goose laying the golden eggs.
Democrats on the other hand are agenda driven "Fabian's (look it up ) who not only want to kill the goose, they want to reserve the whole meal for themselves.
Go ahead and vote 3rd party, but don't expect any sympathy from me when you're bitching about the actions of BHO's 2nd term.

So you're saying vote for bho and hope the next 4 years brings on the boil? I'm not saying no, it is an interesting idea. As the Israelis say, if not now, when? If not me, who?

No wasn't saying that at all...  do all you can to stop  him...it was more like a possible thin silver line on the darkest cloud.

Actually if  he is defeated it will show enough frogs found it getting hot to quick.

Some RINO's in Congress, have written off the POTUS, hoping and praying, the American voter gives them back the Senate...

As Rush puts it, the Rep. establishment, (which they deny exists), is scared of a Newt Nominee,...too much of a threat to their power base...and are hoping for a Rep. Congress....

Alright, that's at least something. However,

THEY ALL SUCK!!!...

Change comes from somewhere,...(like us lowly voters).... and if Newt pisses off/scares many a Carl Rove establishment RINO,,,,so be it....

Empty can rattles the most...

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."

For the record, that's a Palestinian, not Israeli slogan. Either way they are both PITAs who are too wrapped up in themselves to compromise even if it means they get to live to see tomorow. That slogan, whichever side you prefer, should be a reccomendation of what not to do. I'm thinking a Tee shirt: "The Middle East? Don't be like those guys". It should set the ground rules for any rreasonable political discourse in this country.
