 I've thought how I would like to reply to this and changed my approach more then once. There is no such thing as equal, the laws about equal rights state that you will be treated the same under the law not that the playing field will be leveled so we all have the same stuff. This boy is just another victim in the battle for cultural dominance between the week American culture and the strong culture of victim hood and entitlement. Nature gave this boy an advantage that his attackers lacked or so they perceived and decided to visit a little payback to him and the rest of us cry "Double Standard" and do nothing. These Youths will not be removed from society and will victimize more people in the future, most of them will probably be from their own neighborhood.
