They really think this!!
« on: May 27, 2012, 07:41:43 AM »
I copied this from another board this morning:

"My to my 8th grade teacher who I still keep in contact with through Facebook.

Just curious as to how you see the election turning out and why.
Second question, why is Obama good for USA
Third question, If you could go back in time would you vote for Obama?
Best,
Kirk

My 8th Grade teacher replied:
Boy, I hope Obama wins along with a Democratic congress and senate. I can't understand how anyone making under $250,00 could vote Republican. Trickle-down economics has never worked. A prosperous middle class spends money and keeps everyone better off. I just don't understand how the majority of Americans could vote for Republicans except at the local level. Would I vote for Obama again? You bet I would. It isn't Obama who is holding the economics back. It is the Republican congress and senate that votes against everything Obama tries to do. The number one goal of Republicans is to get rid of Obama, not to do what is right to make our country better. Most people vote by "how they feel about someone" rather than for their welll beings. The rich people have the money to get most people to believe what they want them to believe.

END.

I knew when I asked the questions, I would get a pro Obama answer, however I am shocked by his answer."

me: it's a war kids, and the enemy is among us.

Best Wishes, Mike.

The even sadder thing is that many of these teachers indoctrinate students in their classrooms with these beliefs.  I endured it during my education, and I watched it with our children.  The NEA knows they have a captive audience that not only looks to the teacher for information, but has a combination of fear and desire to please that person.  There are many teachers that do not drag their politics into the classroom, but sadly there are many that do.

That IS trickle down economics.
Dumbass.

Lenin and Stalin both said "give us the children for 8 years and they will be communists forever".
Every one who does the research to compare objectives and platforms knows the dems are America's communist party.
They even use Soviet era art styles in their posters.
Why would they deviate from the ideas of their masters ?

Two questions:

1) Shouldn't an 8th grade teacher be able to write on an 8th grade level?
2) Shouldn't an 8th grade teacher know that Congress is the overall legislative body, separated into the Senate and the House of Representatives?

Since they are teaching they should be able to write a test of a much higher level!  Remember, an 8th grade level exam is to test the average, C, student.  How can a person teach if they are not at least one level above the highest person taking the course.  If we want true A students coming out of our 8th grade the 8th grade teacher should be able to ace a 12th grade test.
