This is what I woke up to in my local paper. Apparently, some local entrepreneur has had the brilliant idea of bringing four foot  live gators to children's pool parties, so they can swim with the gator. The guy says "You bring a gator to a pool party and people will show up". He doesn't mention that half of them will be plantiffs attornies. Kids, a captive and stressed and pissed off gator and a pool. What part of this says good idea? Steve Irwin?

They showed video of this on TV Weds night.
It might not be as dumb as it sounds, if you look at the video it looks like the gators mouth is muzzled with some type of wide black band, he might still claw some one, but probably won't bite them.

Teaching future sheep.  I can see it now, 20 years later, little Johnny and Susie swimming the Everglades with the noble gator.  If you treat them with kindness and respect you can expect.....

Expect to be come gator dung a few days later.
