Gun Appreciation Day Rally Lansing, Michigan

Approximately 300 to 500 2nd Amendment supporters attended a rally at the State Capitol today.  Attendees politely listened to speeches from some of the rally's organizers as well a number who were allowed to speak during the open mike session.  Attendees were also enthusiastic in responding to calls for no more  gun control laws.   Speakers called on the crowd to participate in a number of activites that included contacting their State and National representatives as well as submitting articles to their local papers for publication.  Additional rallies and activities are planned in the upcoming months to protest recent proposals to enact legislatiion that infringe on our 2nd Amendment Rights
