Mr. Bane And His Evil Rifle
« on: February 07, 2013, 11:20:41 AM »
Have you been paying attention to that 10/22 (or the clone) Michael is using on Shooting Gallery for the Celebrity Shoot off?

Detachable magazine
Thumbhole stock
Muzzlebreak which the Bill(s) will classify as a flash hider
Magazine release that assists in dropping the magazine quicker (now called by the antis a "bullet button" even though it is exactly the opposite of a true bullet button)

I believe that the way the stock is formed with the forestock dropping away from the barrel will keep it from being classified as a barrel shroud, but it does give a pistol grip - And before I get ripped by someone like last time I defended Jessie Duff on that, the legislation does name the forward grip a pistol grip as well.

There are five items on that little target gun that make it evil  :o

Keep that in mind if you decide to "compromise"!!!

By the way, my message sent to all elected officials (regardless of the medium used) is "Just vote no on all control measures!  The only yes vote is to repeal existing controls and limits!"
If I appear taller than other men it is because I am standing on the shoulders of others.

I guess MB and the SERBU is "another" one on the list,...

I'm sure he will offer it up for registration....

 ;)

Thomas Jefferson: The strongest reason for the people to keep and bear arms is, as a last resort, to protect themselves against the tyranny of government. That is why our masters in Washington are so anxious to disarm us. They are not afraid of criminals. They are afraid of a populace which cannot be subdued by tyrants."
Col. Jeff Cooper.
