Bloomberg to fund ad campaign targeting U.S. Senators

New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, a staunch advocate of tougher gun control laws, will bankroll a $12 million national advertising campaign aimed at key members in the U.S. Senate, the mayor said in an interview with The New York Times published on Saturday.

The last paragraph lists the intended targets of Bloomberg's campaign.  We need to contact everyone of these Senators by phone, email, and fax.  Let's make sure that our message is louder than Bloomberg's.

That's what he's hoping.  For us to get bored and worn down while he throttles up his machine.  Yes Bloomberg's a douche, but he knows the system and plays for the long game.

Just keep harping on the fact her opponent is funded by a guy who not only wants to control guns, he even wants to control your soda.
Maybe he should just focus on preventing members of MAIG from engaging in corruption.

Maybe an add campaign directed at New Yorkers: Hey I thought you guys were tough, big macho dudes that didn't let anyone push you around. But you put this clown in office that tells you how to eat, how big your sodas can be, and how many cartridges can be in the pistol that you have to leave at home in the safe.  What a bunch of pansies.
