The Chief Justice has just announced from the courtroom that the Court will issue all of its remaining opinions on Thursday 26th at 10 a.m. Eastern.

I'm actually shocked they did not wait until next session.

I'm sure this was not a easy one to write.  Chance are pretty high that they will make an extremely narrow ruling...
