There are now 74 counties out of 102 that support the Constitution of the United States in Illinois. The collar counties of Chicago and Cook County are finally starting to join in. I am in Lake County and we are starting the effort here. We are getting petitions from county residents and neighboring counties that have a interest in our success.
It is a up hill struggal here.
So if you are interested in assisting us in anyway, lets here from you. I will print responses to present to the county board. So let us know where you are located. No addresses here please. My contact info is above for direct contact.

As a former denizen of the people's republik of kook kounty (pun not intended but doggone funny actually), I still remember when the weasel sheriff of Lake County at the behest of the Board chair (some ignorant do-gooder woman as I recall) shut down the Lake County Gun Show at the last minute - one of the pre-eminent gun shows in Illinois.

Good luck, keep up the good fight. I mean, after all, these are only our rights we're fighting for.

I am an ex-IL (Kane County) resident and would love to move back BUT the inane gun laws and FOID cards may keep me away.

Try starting a movement to get the resolution before the county commission.

Welcome to the site, BTW. I grew up in Batavia, haven't been back but once since my Mom passed away at Delnor in 1999.
