Voting is not a Right - It is a responsibility!  It is a responsibility to be taken very seriously

here in Peru you get fined if you don't vote .. got that? your gov. issued ID is marked when you vote - not who you vote for, just the fact that you came in and did your duty. if your ID is not marked there are certain benefits you cannot take advantage of until you pay your fine. it's great, you don't pay to vote, but you get fined if you don't vote.
