Sincerely,

Tom Rosenburg, an attorney for the Obama campaign in Ohio, told me that Jake Smith's ballot was also withdrawn in Knox County.

He said Obama has roughly 700 people working in Ohio. I asked him if anyone else was withdrawing their ballots in other parts of Ohio. Rosenburg said the campaign was instructing people to follow the laws of Ohio.

Here's the McCain campaign's response to Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O'Brien's letter yesterday.

So far, 12 Obama campaign workers have withdrawn their ballots in Franklin County and one in Knox County. Earlier, the Obama campaign raised questions about Ryan Meerstein and Paul Lindsay. Both McCain staffers have lived in Ohio for about six months. McCain spokesperson Ben Porritt says the McCain workers voted in accordance with the law. No McCain campaigners have withdrawn their ballots.

Anti: I think some of you gentleman would choose to apply a gun shaped remedy to any problem or potential problem that presented itself? Your reverance (sic) for firearms is maintained with an almost religious zeal. The mind boggles! it really does...

Me: Naw, we just apply a gun-shaped remedy to those extreme life threatening situations that call for it. All the less urgent problems we're willing to discuss.

Because in the last election Ohio went to bush with a margin of 500 something votes. Betweeen Acorn and the Obama workers, they figure they can use Ohio's half-assed residency law to overcome that.  The law is you must live in Ohio for 30 days prior to the election and have intent on staying "permanently" after the election. Residency in Ohio was described by the AG's office as 'a state of mind'...
