I have only seen the term "criminal aliens" used one other time before, That was in Ted Nugent's book Ted, White and Blue.
Maybe she or her speach writer are fans of Uncle Ted

For once someone comes out with a sensible idea.  Bet you ACLU will file lawsuits to prevent the deportation.  Don't let them back out on the streets.

She says she wants to be sure Americans are getting their moneys worth from immigration law. How can they when places like Newark openly flaunt Federal law and the Constitution ( Section 8 clause 4) by declaring themselves "sanctuary cities" ?

Why not

as it will cost us to put them through the courts, costs us to have them in Gaol

keeping them here just costs us Tax Payers more and more the longer we keep illegal immigrants  especially when they are responsible for crime  ( We have the Same issue) 

then they claim refuge status and drag out the appeals courts to say ( at our cost)

On this one, they are talking about undocumented immigrants who have been caught breaking other laws and sent to prison or jail rather than the undocumented immigrant who comes in and doesn't break other laws.  Yes I know, they broke the law when they came in without our specific blessing, blah, blah, blah.
