Do you REALLY think those dumb sh!ts in Washington have that kind of foresight ? They just voted to screw us out of a trillion or so dollars and are bragging about it. While it may be applicable in the manner you think, I would bet that these urban training scenarios are something the Pentagon had to bludgeon the Govt. into funding to save soldiers lives in Iraq. The halfwits in DC don't have enough respect for us to think they will need that kind of protection. When the SHTF they, unlike the rest of us who SEE it coming, will be completely surprised.
