2nd Amendment Rally
Underway In Harrisburg
- Lawmakers and private citizens are rallying around the right to bear arms.
Hundreds of Second Amendment supporters have gathered at the State Capitol Rotunda in Harrisburg.
A number of speakers are scheduled to address the rally, including the president of the National Rifle Association and the chairman of Firearms Owners Against Crime.
The crowd booed at the mention of a proposal backed by Gov. Ed Rendell to limit handgun purchases to one per month.
