And how many news stories have there been about how stupidly unreliable the terrorist watch list is? I remember one on that radical right wing show 60 Minutes about a commercial pilt placed on it because he shared a name with someone. Morley Safer had about twenty people in a room who couldn't fly because of the thing and there was no set procedure for how to get off it, or why you were even on in the first place. It makes cleaning up after identity theft look like a picnic. I don't know whether Mcrthy is a zealot or an opportunist, but it does make me want to send Gillibrand $20 if she just comes out and says FU to these folks.
