Maybe Tom and Timothy could open the T+T Historical Library and Gun Range, ::)

Somewhere close to Attitash, so I can use my spotting scope for the ski bunnies???

Timothy, sorry to hear of your situation...not a good time for that to happen - never a good time actually!  Looks like you have a good plan and a lot of support here.  Wish I could offer you a place to move to in a good location.  Will have a small house in Akron, Ohio to sell sometime soon but an article on the net says Akron isn't a good place to be right now economy wise.
