Flaw in the legal system....Where do we begin 
I'm with you Shooter.
The mandatory appeals process is insane. Years or extra court sessions, that cost taxpayers millions, all just to uphold the original verdict. What a waste of time and money and what a cruel injustice to the victims families. I wonder how many times that these, never ending, appeals have overturned the original verdict? Of those that were overturned, I wonder how many were due to legal loopholes and how many actually discovered that the convicted prisoner was innocent?
I certainly don't advocate potentially putting an innocent to death, but does it really take DECADES to be sure?
