The officer wasn't a LEO, he was school security. Still, an outrageous thing for him to say - and do. The courts have routinely - and numerously - ruled time and again that public schools after regular school hours are just another piece of public property - like a sidewalk, park or whatever. All of the neo-totalitarian rules imposed on the inmates during the day are null and void during public use.

The security a$$hole needs to be fired. And the security service sued for 1st Amendment violations.

Couldn't tell about the security or LEO, but even if,...wannabe, psuedo mall ninja, tells me I'm going to be arrested on any charge "he wants to"? For a poster?

Call the real Sheriff's.

They can always ask you to leave school grounds which is BS, but "arrest" That's bogus.

Trying to get all the perspectives, as I received my 2009 TRIM, "Property Tax" Statement from my county, and Florida...

My house value went down, but the proposed taxes next year are higher.  ,..across the board...

All the County Comm. and School Board Meetings, (which can and do levy taxes), town hall meetings are in two weeks....

I may need to not take any posters, if I have to deal with this BS....
