Assuming all of the above are true - and I for one do believe that bho is the practitioner of Alinsky's credo that Hitlery can only ever dream of being - then I have a few questions for all of us.

  1) What does it mean for a country when its very political structure is based on the principles espoused by Alinsky?

 2) What happens to personal liberties and freedoms when the very government we elect to protect us and watch out for our best interests is based on destructive social disruption principles like Alinsky's?

 3) Is this not the very form of tyranny our Founders warned us against, and gave us permission - nay, declaimed it as our duty - to remove?

4) Have you heard the expression that that was very popular by Alinsky's followers in the 60's that it is always wrong to support your government against your country, but it is never wrong to support your country against your government.
                          No, but I agree with it.
5) And if all of the above is true, where do you draw the line? What are your trigger points? What are you prepared - personally - to do, to act, to sacrifice to ensure our liberties remain intact?
                                              They have already past the point where I am willing to act against the regime. For now it is through non violent methods, Letters to the editor, publicly speaking against their actions, ridiculing their hypocrisy, and flooding the rat line with counter arguments to waste their time and piss them off. Mean while I continue to search for like mindd individuals who relize we may need to step up to phase 2
6) Are you Libertarian/Constitutionalist/Patriot/whatever in fact and deed, or are you libertarian/constitutionalist/patriot/whatever so you can look cool saying things online?

The reason we have reached this point is because the Electorate slacked off. We the people neglected to "Guard with jealousy the tree of Liberty". We assumed that we elected people to take care of our responsibilities but that is not how it works. Government, by its nature is expansive like a gas, if you do not actively seal it out it seeps into every available nook and cranny. With out us maintaining a firm grip on our politicians our Govt. has been taken over by those who are opposed to the basic ideals of  the American Republic.

Actually, I am so thoroughly pissed off at the public school system I honestly believe that we have been taught to ignore the important, actively encouraged to watch the latest episode of Housewives of Survivors in 90210 (BTW, saw an ad for Househusbands, a bunch of mopes in Beverly Hills (?) whose wives are the breadwinners. No nice corners I could see, just a bunch of piss-ant metro-sexuals living large off their wives. This should actually be in the WTF thread).

BTTT - so as your last point indicated, done on purpose by those who hate the very thing that allows them to destroy what they hate.  I worry that there is not enough rope, not enough lampposts for all of the Mussolini's in our midst.
