Ah, yes, the ultimate Steve.

McQueen always did his own stunts if the insurance company on the film would allow it. They did not on The Great Escape, that ain't him jumping the bike over the wire.

He loved driving though, LeMan is a mediocre film with great race scenes.

Roger Moore once told Johnny Carson that he even used a stunt double for the more vigorous love scenes.
