Acorn funding ban to expire.

Hello to all;

     I was watching Greta NanSestern last night and she stated that the  "Acorn" funding ban by Congress is to expire this Oct 31st. Did anyone else catch that last night?  Starting 1 Nov - Acorn can again recieve Taxpayer dollars.
