Christ Tom, Its been violated since the day it was written. Whiskey Rebellion? Trail of Tears? Alien and Sedition Act? The thing is there is a difference between violated, where you call a lawyer; and abrogated, where you pick up a rifle. Tom has it right, this article is BS from a Eurotrash tabloid. Lets assume its true though. Until the Constitution is breeched my loyalties stand with the oath I took when I was 18, to uphold and defend the Constitution. This means I'm shooting at you. If BO or any other president delares themselves dictator  for life or the like, than I'm shooting at them. The point is, it will be brother against brother unless one side paints a hammer and sickle and 666 on their foreheads. Me, I was released from my oath, but I still intend to keep it. A lot of others feel the same way. As it is, I think we're dealing with Jimma Carter version 2.0 not Hitler. We, the American people, get a chance to decide in 2012. If we are denied that right, pick up a gun. If we are not, we get exactly what we deserve, win, lose or draw. I chose wrong in 2008. I will not make the same mistake twice. I doubt that I am alone.

All the people that voted for BHO are now resentful that they made a mistake. This dog and pony show wont last long. I guess someone has to drop a safe on your head to get your attention. Also, Churchill did not believe that talking was ALWAYS better than fighting. Another way of phrasing your quote is "Peace at ANY price".

There is a name for those who believe in peace at any price, they are called victims.

The asshats that YOU elected to run the country have perverted the bill of rights and just flat ignored most of the constitution. That does not count as shooting on your flag! BTW if you think that we had a free and honest election last time, then your head is further up your ass than I thought. So what the hell makes you think that the next one will be any more honest?
