That would be a big fat NO. However, if your state is broke, you call yourself a "Republican", and you suck up to the most Liberal POTUS for stimulus money, and your State Assembly wants to ban "black cars", plasma TV's, has the highest fuel prices in the country, wants more environmental "friendly" whatever,... and anything else on a label that says:

"Research has shown in California, that this product causes cancer,,,........"

Than at least an effort would be admirable.

BTW, those new low "emission" LED street lights, they used up north, supposed to lower "global warming", power consumption, etc,...

First big snow storm of the season, they became invisible, frozen up, and useless,  until the city workers came out there and scraped the ice off. See how those "green jobs" saved money? Paying a union city worker, OT, to get in a bucket in a blizzard, at night,?
