So if you take over a shadow organization that is responsible for the entire countries currency, and them completely bankrupt it, you become man of the year according to the libs?  Way to go Bernanke!

Hitler was a front page feature in TIME.

I wish I could remember the exact quote. But I do remember reading that Hitler once made a huge order for tanks to be built in American factories. Apparently everything was on track until they asked the Germans where they wanted them delivered. Hilters response:  "No delivery, I'll pick them up on my way through." I think this was about the same time that Sniffle Chamberlain was signing Britains death warrant er uh I mean peace treaty with Germany.

Other than General McChrystal, he didn't have much competition.

The runners-up:
General Stanley McChrystal
The Chinese Worker
Nancy Pelosi
Usain Bolt
I love waking up every morning knowing that Donald Trump is President!!

Hitler (1938 ) and Stalin  ( 1939 - 1942 )were both named "Man of the Year" by Time Magazine, As were
Ayatollah Khomeini  (1979)
Yuri Andropov {The Soviet Leader who ordered the assassination of Pope John Paul II ] (1983)
And Vladimir Putin [Former KGB Colonel and President of Russia implicated in the UN's Iraq oil for food scandle who hs been leading Russia back to dictatorship. (2007)
It's interesting to note that while there are quite a few scum bags on the list George HW Bush was the man for 1990 and W. was picked in both 2000 AND 2004.

WTF? Obama is going to have to have someone at Time fired. I thought he was the defacto EVERY award winner from now until 2012.

The General is the only one on the list who has actually earned veneration.  And he's being fed to the wolves by our Fearless Leader.
“I’ve lived the literal meaning of the ‘land of the free’ and ‘home of the brave.’ It’s not corny for me. I feel it in my heart. I feel it in my chest. Even at a ball game, when someone talks during the anthem or doesn’t take off his hat, it pisses me off. I’m not one to be quiet about it, either.”  Chris Kyle

Is this the truth? I guess all you need to do is kill millions of people and try to take over the world and control a major country's economy, for the good or bad, and Bingo your man of the year.

Do you think if Nancy Pelosi won they would still call it Man of The Year. I dont see why not.
Did we win???

Here's the link I used

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Time_Person_of_the_Year

Properly it is "PERSON of the year" since the 1975 winner was "American Women" and the 1986 winner was Corazon Aquino.

1993's choice "The Peacemakers" shows that being a Terrorist helps Yasser Arafat, (PLO) F.W. de Klerk, Nelson Mandela,(ANC) and Yitzhak Rabin (Stern Gang )
