If our rights are from GOD and not from .gov, how can we say that an ex-con does not have the right to self defense????

If they have proven to be a menace to society, well KEEP THEM OUT OF SOCIETY.  If they are in society, they get all the rights and responsibilities.  That includes the 2nd in my opinion.

I have nomex underwear, so flame away.  I can take it.

FTA "who had been convicted and served his term for voluntary manslaughter. The convicted killer was pulled over by LAPD officers"

Because he had already abused it once.

It costs money to incarcerate people who are, bascially just misunderstood.  Holding that truth to be liberally self-evident, I will donate money towards a liberal neighborhood release program where those who have been unfairly tagged by law enforcement as the most violent and heinous offenders are released in liberaly enlightened or socially correct areas to stimulate their reentry into society.

Such a release should logically begin in neighborhoods occupied by Feingold, Boxer, Pelosi and the guvner.

TAB..will you head this effort up?

Necessity is the plea for every infringement of human freedom.
It is the argument of tyrants; it is the creed of slaves.
