My Glock is standard black.  But, I'm gonna be wearing some green camo pants (if I can find 'em hiding in the closet ;D)  AND (here's the really important part) I'm cooking up a load of corned beef and green cabbage for tonight's dinner.  And no, I didn't shoot it myself.  (But I wanted to).

Tonight's corned beef is going into the oven instead of me boiling it.  It's gonna sit in there at about 300 degrees F for 5 to 6 hours with some onions, and spuds.  The cabbage gets boiled in some chicken stock.  The result is tender and VERY tasty corned beef and some tasty cabbage, too.

Y'all know they never had corned beef in Ireland, right?  It started as a cheap way to feed the railroad workers.
“I’ve lived the literal meaning of the ‘land of the free’ and ‘home of the brave.’ It’s not corny for me. I feel it in my heart. I feel it in my chest. Even at a ball game, when someone talks during the anthem or doesn’t take off his hat, it pisses me off. I’m not one to be quiet about it, either.”  Chris Kyle

Bangers & Mash for me and the wife tonight, a couple of Jameson cocktails, and finished off with some Irish Coffee.

Happy St. Patricks Day DRTV!

I don't have any "green" firearms, but my ammo cans are,...and the cash I spend on this stuff is, and my ...

Glad I don't have to sleep in the same room with the rabbit after eating cabbage and corned beef..

Wore a Camo Shirt and carried a camo Bandana in the back Pocket.  ;D Couldn't find a green pocketknife and don't have a green gun. Well, there IS my Camo Charles Daly Maxi Mag, but I dunno how to concealed carry a 28 inch barreled shotgun. ;D
