Red Cross "First Aid & Emergency Rescue" just short of EMT and required out here for Ski Patrol and tought to local fire departments and EMTs. Basically what to do in an emergency when you don't have an aid car.

I checked out local RC website and they list a FIRST AID WITH ADULT CPR/AED. Does this look like what you guys would recommend? It doesn't give a good description of the course.

Doesn't sound like the same class but you could give them a call, mine was a 60 hour class with hands on training for all types of emergency rescue from autos to water.
