My F-150 has many miles to go. Its as you said, one bad experience makes you gun shy for life and I'm that way with Ford sedans. I'm persuadable, but they're going to have work for my sale. Whereas if I wanted a truck, I'd need a good reason NOT to buy Ford.

You should see this guy on a straightaway,..... :P

Seriously, Ford can hold its head high. It did it right, and makes decent cars and better trucks.

Although, the Lincoln Line are some ugly darn cars... Miss my 68 Cougar, and my 1985 Mustang 5.0 (which is rumored to be coming back... :-[

First car I purchased when I returned to civilian life after the Army.

1968 Cougar XR-7, black, tan interior, toggle switches on the simulated wood dashboard center panel, 302 V8.  3 spd, dual exhaust.  Segmented turn signal lights, flashing in the direction of your turn, covered headlamps. 

Put almost 80k miles on it and traded it in for a 1970 240Z.
