I'm grilling steaks tonight, garlic, S+P, little butter,........some carbon footprint winery in Kalifornia, providing beverages...

Sorry to dissapoint Walter, but all that's pretty earth friendly. Hunting/gathering, eating local and low on the food chain, no-hormones or feed lots etc. Better luck next year.
