Sadly, I think the system is so broken that the only solution is the Mussolini Solution. These people will not change, they will not surrender, they will not allow us to remove them from office through any other means than the point of a gun. The mood in this country is so ugly now it is almost palpable, on both sides of the statist / non-statist spectrum.

I think the trigger will come after extensive vote fraud is suggested or rumored and key statist people in DC are retained in spite of this anger and mobilization. I am not advocating it, I do not want the hard war. But folks, we have lost the soft war, more than 2 decades of liberal public school and college education (and I ain't referring to liberal arts) has produced a nearly worthless populace in most areas - ignorant and indoctrinated in the Alinsky school of social disruption.

Any action against the statists will result in overwhelming gummint reaction against anyone standing out, or even just perceived as a threat. Why else has .gov built up so many para-military units within the executive branch, plus co-opted every damn police force in this country?

Either we go into the dark with a whimper (likely), or it will be ugly in a way no one born and raised in this country has even dreamed of, let alone lived through (possible).

Victory is not assured either, but our ultimate destruction as a country and as a force for freedom is assured as we are being destroyed as we watch. There really is little option left if the elections are co-opted with statists.

The problem is that the ballot box is being stuffed, (ACORN, SEIU) and the jury box is stacked. (Look at the recent SCOTUS nominies, not to mention the 9th circus) Elections are being rigged, without even an attempt to hide it. Our courts have been overrun with leftist activist judges, making law from the bench. Our Representatives are ignoring us, and some are outright mocking us. We are getting to a point where about all we have left is the ammo box. Anyone else wonder why there is such a push to ban guns by any means, including circumventing the constitution, by signing the U.N. treaty?

I believe that the mid term elections will determine the fate of our nation. I believe that if there is any hint of election tampering, and we see the same faces emerge from the election, it will be the catalyst for armed insurrection. I really hope I'm wrong, but it is what I believe.
