To All Illinois Gun Owners:

This year’s (IGOLD) Illinois Gun Owners Lobby Day is March 11, 2008.  This is an event that all Illinois Gun Owners, and there families should attend.  Last year’s turn out was over four thousand people.  This had a significant positive impact on our elected officials in Springfield.  The anti-gun politicians had no answer for the four thousand plus pro-firearms people who just about took over the capital area at last year’s IGOLD event.  This overwhelming turnout also provided our pro- firearms friends in the legislature the support to hold the line against newly proposed anti-gun initiatives. Good luck with that effort. I'd be there, but I gave up, gathered my guns and moved out of State years ago. Keep fighting.

Like Mac, I gave up when Georgie the Rino sent the entire GOP ticket down the dumper - except for Topinka. Moved the goodies out of the people's republik of Evanston and moved out myself three years later.
